Important Notice: Orders Cannot Be Canceled Once Placed
Processing Time
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that processing time refers to the period required to hand-blend your fragrance order before it is shipped, not the time for delivery. For larger orders, additional processing time may be necessary.

  • Shipping: Shipping times commence once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking number within 10 days, please TEXT ONLY your order number and name to 469-319-0309 for an update.

Return / Refund Policy:
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Mirror Image Fragrances does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, once a fragrance has been shipped, we cannot ensure that it has not been used or tampered with, rendering it ineligible for resale.

  • Quality Assurance: We take pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients for our fragrances. However, as scent preferences are highly personal, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for fragrances that may not align with individual tastes. We recommend purchasing a smaller size before committing to a larger bottle. Please note that the occasional presence of dust particles during mixing may occur, but this does not impact the quality of the product.

  • Reselling Option: If a fragrance doesn't quite match your personal preference, you might consider reselling it in the Mirror Image Fragrances 2.0 Facebook Group.

Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit:
  • Package Replacement: Mirror Image Fragrances will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

  • Replacement Timeframe: Replacements will be considered for packages that show no tracking updates after 14 days, or 21 days during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Mirror Image Fragrances is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. In such cases, please contact the shipping company for further assistance. Once the package leaves our facility, we can only track it using the provided tracking number.
