⏳ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • This processing time refers to the period needed to hand-blend your fragrance before shipping, not the shipping duration itself.
  • Larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 days of placing your order, you may TEXT ONLY your order number and name to 469-319-0309 for an update.

πŸ’³ Return / Refund Policy

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once an order has shipped.
  • This policy is in place because we cannot verify whether a product has been used or tampered with once delivered.
  • Scent preferences are highly personal. We recommend purchasing a smaller size before committing to larger bottles.
  • Occasional dust or sediment may be visible in some bottles. This is normal and does not affect product quality. It may result from natural ingredients breaking down over time despite filtration.
  • If a fragrance doesn’t work for you, you may consider reselling it in the Mirror Image Fragrances Facebook Group.

πŸ“¬ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We will replace packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Replacements are considered for packages that show no tracking updates after 14 days, or after 21 days during holiday periods (Christmas and New Year).

🚚 Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

  • Mirror Image Fragrances is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received.
  • Once an order leaves our facility, we have access only to the public tracking information and cannot intervene beyond what is visible to the customer.
